Dishers, I don’t have time to kibitz, but I wanted to give you a quick peek inside Canter’s Deli in the Fairfax District in L.A. Saturday I feasted on chopped liver and onions, housemade pickles, and hot pastrami on rye that was to die for. Sometimes I feel like Dallas’ only true ethnic food is Mexican.
