It’s not yet noon, but I think we have a winner already. It’s Lewisville Assistant Police Chief Jerry Galler. When a couple of Plano and Mesquite teenagers drove to Lewisville, they had an altercation with some gun-wielding peeps. Plano’s James Rhodes got shot and is recovering at Parkland. Police thought it was a carjacking, but now think it was a prearranged meeting about money. Said Galler: “It went bad.” As Eric would say, “You think so, doctor?”
