On December 4th, Dallas foodies gathered at 3015 Trinity Groves for a celebration of Dallas’ Best New Restaurants 2019. During the festivities, which benefited Cafe Momentum, D dining critic Eve Hill-Agnus gave insightful remarks on the state of the industry to VIP guests. Attendees were able to watch the chefs at work before enjoying an 11-course seated dinner with dishes created by Cafe Momentum, Graham Dodds at 3015 Trinity Groves, and our Best New Restaurants 2019 winners: Beverley’s, Fauna, The Market at Bonton Farms, Salaryman, Khao Noodle Shop, Ka-Tip Thai Street Food, Ichigoh Ramen, and Homewood, the restaurant of the year. Specialty cocktails, which were presented by Cointreau in partnership with Casamigos, were paired with some of the courses served. And two flutes of bubbly were presented to Jacob Dickey and Elizabeth Gillet, the young couple who chose the occasion to get engaged. Congratulations!
