Demonstrators Arrested at Love Field as Biden Arrives. Pro-Palestinian demonstrators tried to block the street at Mockingbird, near the entrance to the airport, as President Joe Biden arrived in Dallas yesterday. About a dozen people were arrested. A spokesperson for the Palestinian Youth Movement told the Morning News: “Biden has essentially been aiding and abetting Israel’s war crimes.”
At Least 21 People Injured in Fort Worth Explosion. From the Star-Telegram: “An explosion in the basement of the Sandman Signature Hotel in downtown Fort Worth on Monday blew out windows and walls on the first and second floors of the 20-story hotel, sending debris into the streets.” A Fire Department spokesperson called it “some type of gas explosion,” and it appears to have originated in the restaurant Musume.
