Duncanville Villages Retail Ltd. has sold its 62,279-square-foot office and retail Shops at Waterview Park facilities located at the west intersection of Main Street and Highway 67 in Duncanville to Interra Management Co. Kevin Brookmole and Wade Smith of Colliers International North Texas and Tom Lagos and El Warner of Colliers Los Angeles represented the seller in the transaction.
