Chick-Fil-A Inc. has purchased a 1.3-acre retail pad site at Hickory Center at Preston center at Gary Burns Drive in Frisco. The seller was represented by Ken Reimer, Amy Pietrovic-Hunnicut, and Katie Vance of Venture Commercial, along with Joe Gampper and Angella Gregory of Integral Real Estate Services. Chick-Fil-A was represented by David Hardesty of Hardesty Realty Group.
