Derek Blount

Derek Blount, Chief Executive Officer

As leader of Dallas-based air purification company CASPR Group, Derek Blount will guide operations, help streamline product supply chains, and prepare the company for its next growth stage. Before CASPR, Blount was the senior vice president at Daseke, where he helped close acquisitions that more than doubled the Daseke’s size, taking the company to $1.7 billion in annual revenue. Blount replaces former CEO Scott Wheeler who will join the company’s board.

Amy O’Neil

Amy O’Neil, Chief Operating Officer

Amy O’Neil previously held leadership roles with Hana, formerly a Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis company, Restaurant Technologies, and Caribou Coffee Company. O’Neil is also a former franchise owner and operator of Buffalo Wild Wings, Corner Bakery, Smashburger, and Wolfgang Puck restaurants. O’Neil will be a part of the mobile energy device companies’ Dallas operations in her new role.

Devin R. Dillon

Devin R. Dillon, Chief Marketing Officer

As chief marketing officer for LGBTQIA+ community center Resouce Center, Devin R. Dillon will provide subject matter expertise and work to innovate for within the company’s internal and external marketing communications. Dillon worked across various business sectors, including media and entertainment, architecture and design, and information technology. He recently served as vice president for Softtek, the largest information technology and managed services organization in Latin America. Dillon is Resource Center’s first CMO.

Cheryl Policastro

Cheryl Policastro, Chief Strategy Officer

As CSO, Cheryl Policastro will expand company resources and help brand experiences evolve with the market. Policastro joined TPN in 2016 as vice president of planning and perspectives, focused on the Bank of America client. She was promoted to managing director and head of strategy and insights in 2018. In that role, she advanced the focus on talent development and implemented new data sources and consumer engagement approaches.

Phil Callison

Phil Callison, Civic Practice Leader

Phil Callison has experience with 50 civic projects in Texas to GHC, including leading numerous design teams on a wide variety of civic projects, including city halls, public safety buildings, courts, libraries, recreation, and performing arts centers. Callison was previously a principal and corporate commercial and civic regional practice leader at Perkins & Will for 20 years.

Kristin Lopez

Kristin Lopez, Interior Senior Leader

Kristin Lopez has more than 20 years of healthcare design experience, including interior planning, interior architecture and finished selections, signage, documentation, furnishings, and artwork procurement on healthcare projects. She will work with owners, project managers, and architects in her new role, designing and coordinating interior finish, specialties, artwork, and furniture. She joined GHC in 1996.

Jeff Billman

Jeff Billman, Architectural Senior Leader

Jeff Billman has been promoted to architectural senior leader. He has 20 years of experience working as an architect, a project director with a hospital system, and vice president of a construction company.

Lacy Jungman

Lacy Jungman, Vice President of Strategic Development

In her new role, Lacy Jungman will help advisors create and execute growth plans. Before video storytelling company OneDay, Jungman was the vice president of sales and marketing at Heritage Communities.
