Yesterday evening, the Super Bowl MVP and 10 of his teammates (who are in town for the game tonight) dined at Al Biernat’s. Word is, Manning had asked Troy Aikman where he should eat while in Dallas. The guys came early (about 5:30) to avoid attention. Steaks were on most of the plates, but the 16 ounces of meaty goodness were not enough to sate the linemen’s appetites, so Al sent over three prime ribs to top them off. Troy picked up dessert for everyone. And the early hour didn’t quite get the Colts under the radar. After several patrons pestered the guys for photos and autographs, Al had to start swinging his cudgel so they could finish their meal in peace.
