Las Vegas is outlawing the feeding of the homeless/indigent at public parks.
Apparently the city feels it will help the homeless by forcing them to eat at KFC or Mickey D’s. The ACLU says the law is unconstitutional on its face.
I say, this is so good that I wonder if the producers of “The Daily Show” actually paid Las Vegas to pass the ordinance.
