Our favorite double tap worthy weekend snaps.

In case you busy enjoying yesterday’s sun-soaked Sunday (finally), I scouted some of the weekend’s best Dallas design snaps for your viewing pleasure.

The Loveliest

Because nothing says summer in the South quite like some brightly colored gingham. The monogram masters over at The Loveliest have us officially craving backyard parties and sun-filled picnics.

How cute is this yellow gingham and bright red monogram combo?! #rainraingoaway #monograms #sferra #theloveliest

Laura Lee Clark

Celebrate summer Fridays in style with champagne, Joy Macarons, and some serious shopping at Laura Lee Clark. The party continues every Friday at 2pm!

Scout Design Studio

As one of our 100 Best Shops in Dallas, Scout Design Studio is constantly filling up our Instagram feeds with design inspiration. But sometimes, the vintage shop just throws a really eye-catching photo our way, like this ridiculously cool killer brass cobra handle. Every knob handle in my apartment suddenly seems extremely mundane.

Again & Again

Again & Again’s Instagram is an excellent reminder of the power of a great makeover. I don’t know what these two Ward Bennett lounge chairs looked like prior to their transformation, but I’m pretty sure these hot pink beauties with brass plinth swivel bases are way more fun and more deserving of the Design District showroom’s appropriately applied hashtag: #wemakeitpretty.

Grange Hall

This photo perfectly captures the reason for my deep infatuation with Grange Hall. The Travis Street shop has a wonderful knack for taking something dark or even a little off-putting (read: bugs) and making it beautiful (read: 18 karat gold brooches).
