More Vince, who was also apparently at Medici at some point during the weekend:
Vince was at Candle on Friday night, not Saturday. The hostess at Sense is married to one of the doormen at Candle, and she was telling me of the events from that previous night/morning. During the course of the night, whether or not Vince was in the men’s room at the time, someone broke a toilet or urinal, which caused a flood inside. I do not know whether the water was clean or New Orleans-style. But the herd of people “flooding” out of there (sorry, had to say it) went to Sense for the rest of the night. I don’t believe Vince was among the group going over to Sense, as none of the staff there had any news to report. Since I was at Sense on Saturday, I would have heard from the door guys if Vince had gone back. But then again, who knows? In any case, Candle has nice, clean floors these days.
