The Pallet Depot Inc. has leased 26,138 square feet of industrial space at 2503 and 2505 Dalworth in Grand Prairie. Phil Rosenfeld and Matt Thompson of Colliers International represented the landlord, Tarrant County Properties, in the transaction.
