A Texas private equity group has acquired a 174,905 square foot office building at 645-701 N. Hampton Road in Fort Worth. Brian Flaherty of Lee & Associates represented the buyer in the deal. Becky Thompson of Lee & Associates represented the seller, Radio Shack.
