Happy Thanksgiving—and go Cowboys!

I’ll make it quick—you’ve got football to watch. Today, I give you a little pre-game snack that is embarrassingly easy to make (no chopping of any kind) and that has served me well over the years. This 4-ingredient dip is a fan favorite and hails from my hometown, published in the Junior League of Beaumont’s Dining Without Reservations cookbook. I hope you like it.

Here you go…

BAKED ONION DIP

Serves 10
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (12-ounce) package frozen onions

Directions

Combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise in a large bowl and mix well. Stir in the onions. Spoon into a shallow baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with corn chips.

Enjoy!
