There is no doubt that he is one of the best athletes on the floor
anytime hes playing. BUT, I read somewhere that the last 40 games last
season, he averaged 20 and 10 (or somewhere close to that) which is
good but also scares me. One of my rules that I live by when thinking
about what FA to sign is AFTURISIACHY (always fear the unexpected rise
in stats in a contract year). Two words that perfectly prove my point:
Vicente Padilla.
Agreed. But he’s a good perimeter defender, and I’ll take 16/8 from my small forward/shooting guard as a compliment to Josh Howard. Still won’t happen. Fun to think about.
