It now transpires that a third grand jury refused to indict DeLay [reg. req.] on the new charges Earle had to invent when his first indictment fell apart. I guess he was desperate for that movie deal. He went to a another grand jury.
I have to shake my head as I write this, but I suspect Tom DeLay will be back in the majority leader’s office by Christmas.
