Frank McCafferty, executive managing director, leads DTZ’s occupier services group in Texas, focusing on team management, business planning, account development, client care, and portfolio planning. He brings to his post more than 22 years of experience in diverse commercial real estate disciplines such as tenant representation, corporate services, development, and construction management. Prior to joining DTZ predecessor Cassidy Turley, McCafferty served as senior vice president of UGL Equis and was a senior asset manager for the U.S. General Services Administration.
