Scott Goldstein has a profile of David Williams in today’s Morning News. He made news a few months back when he chastised council members for getting up and walking around while he was speaking. And yes, as it turns out, David Williams — who, again, is 12 — addresses the Dallas City Council regularly. And he knows the mayor. And he’s already better at PowerPoint than I am, which is no great accomplishment, I guess. Good piece on how David overcame family violence, a series of strokes, and relentless bullying to make his voice heard.
