You may know Bonnie Basham from her unique handmade jewelry collection by the same name, worn by celebrities such as Nicole Richie, Lucy Lui, Drew Barrymore, and Jessica Simpson, but did you know she is also a mom of three kiddos, Hewes, Willa and Shep? In 2006 Bonnie went on a bit of a hiatus from her successful jewelry line to start a family and is now back with a well-edited capsule collection, “Rebirth” sold at VOD and Cabana, and also a children’s line of playful jewelry sold at my shop, Little Bean. I feel lucky to have gotten to know Bonnie over the past few months when she swings by the shop and brings me the most amazing fabric scrap bracelets and charm necklaces for my fashionable little customers.
