D CEO is seeking to honor outstanding developments and leaders in the residential sector with its first Residential Real Estate Awards. The program builds on the success of the magazine’s Commercial Real Estate Awards and supports of one of the strongest housing markets in the country.
The deadline to nominate has been extended to June 19.
Categories include both single-family and multifamily developers, builders, and projects, as well as agents and leaders. (See full list below.)
All finalists will be featured in the October issue of D CEO and online at D Real Estate Daily, and honored at an exclusive awards event in September, where winners will be revealed.

• Homebuilder of the Year
• Custom Homebuilder of the Year
• Trendsetter Award (recognizes trend-setting design or other innovations in the industry)
• Residential Real Estate Agent of the Year—Urban (inside the 635 loop)
• Residential Real Estate Agent of the Year—Suburban (outside of the 635 loop)
• Residential Real Estate Executive of the Year
