Dallas-based Cypress Equities adds three to its team, and Younger Partners has a new leasing agent in this week’s Personnel Moves.
Sarah Savage has joined Younger Partners, where she will focus on office leasing for the rapidly expanding landlord services firm. She joins the company from Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to that, she led business development efforts for Lowery Property Advisors. Savage graduated with honors from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
Kelly Branum has joined Cypress Equities as investor relations manager. She’ll be responsible for day-to-day communications with investment partners of the Cypress Acquisition Partners Retail Fund LP. She joins the firm from Hudson Advisors LLC, where she served as vice president. Prior to that, she was with JLL.
Simon J. Honeybone has been named director of investments for the firm’s real estate investment management group. He’ll be responsible for sourcing retail investment opportunities in the western and northeastern United States and overseeing the implementation of the strategic plan for retail assets in the same region. He previously was vice president of retail for Sarofim Realty Advisors, where he oversaw a 6.7 million-square-foot portfolio. Prior to that he was with Federal Realty Investment Trust.
Joining Cypress as vice president of leasing is Angie Kory. She’ll oversee leasing of the firm’s ground-up developments and enclosed regional malls in the western and southeastern part of the U.S. Kory joins from American Realty Capital Partners (formerly Cole Real Estate Investments), where she served as territory vice president of leasing. Prior to that, she worked as assistant sales manager at Fidelity Investments.
