Frost Bank has finalized documents for its regional headquarters lease. The Texas-based banking, investments, and insurance firm will occupy 57,558 square feet of office and retail space in Frost Tower.
The 22-story, 168,000-square-foot facility is being developed by Harwood International in Uptown. About 175 Frost employees will take occupancy of the space upon completion, slated for November 2014.
The bank was represented in the deal by Bob Edge, vice chairman, and Mike Gosslee, senior director, of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. Jihane Boury was the in-house representative for Harwood.
“Uptown continues to be a vibrant submarket,” Edge said in a statement. “This is an exciting opportunity for Frost to consolidate into a new building with prominent signage in this market.”
Frost Tower was named a finalist in D CEO’s 2013 Commercial Real Estate Awards, in the Best Office Project category.
