Design consulting firm Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc. has leased 32,434 square feet in Park Central 789 at 12750 Merit Drive. The 845,919-square-foot office complex is owned by Parmenter Realty Partners. Amenities at the Gold LEED-certified property include a Westin hotel, fitness center, conference center.
Park Central 789’s “Class A environment, great location, and attentive owner” helped it win the deal, said Andy Van Leeuwen, senior vice president of Kimley-Horn.
John Shaunfield and Kyle Jett of Newmark Knight Frank represented Kimley-Horn in lease negotiations. Matt Schendle and Cynthia Cowen with Cousins Properties represented Parmenter.
