Last night, I went to see Jay Reatard at Club Dada. I ended up only seeing the Strange Boys (led by sons of Bob’s Steak and Chop House’s Bob Sambol) and Cheap Time instead. Both were good, but I went there to see Jay. Unfortunately, he’d left the club and ditched the show at least an hour before I arrived. Why? It leaves out the underage girl he met on MySpace who supposedly was a dancer at Million Dollar Saloon, but yeah, that sums it up, pretty much.
