The fleur-de-lis isn’t exactly edgy. Trust me. I’m a Kappa, so I know what I’m talking about here. That’s one of the reasons I’m anxious to check out these candles. The other reason is that they’re available at Pogo’s Wine and Spirits–so I can do my grocery shopping even as I buy gifts for my sisters united by keys. Not a Kappa? I’m so, so sorry. However, the candles are also available in a skull and crossbones. And lest you fear either of them smell like death, we’re assured that the skull “features the smoky sweetness of tobacco leaf and vanilla and the fleur-de-lis is rich with the sweet creamy notes of Tahitian Vanilla bean. Each hand poured, vegetable wax blend candle features a unique hand jeweled crystal icon on ebony glass.” And they’re only $22 a pop.
