Every year my tree decorating convo (with myself) goes a little something like this: yea, let’s just stick to last year’s theme and decorations. It’s December 1 and I don’t have time to revamp.
But this year, I think I have my new theme thanks to the local husband-and-wife duo behind Bee Things.
Jeff Barfoot and Shay Ometz designed a cardinal house ornament as part of Crate & Barrel’s Rebuilding Together collection. The limited release designs consist of eight artists curated by C&B as a partnership with the nonprofit Rebuilding Together, whose mission is to rebuild homes across America of those who are in need. C&B will donate $10 for each purchase of the eight ornaments that retail for $10/each. ‘Tis the season when it’s better to give than to receive.
