Wise Regional Health System in Decatur now officially owns North Texas Community Hospital (NTCH) in Bridgeport.
Executives have formally signed transfer of ownership documents, according to the Wise County Messenger. The newspaper said most NTCH employees have become part of the Wise Regional system as well. A bankruptcy judge approved the sale in February.
