I know some people celebrate today as an end to eight years of George W. Bush (even as they fret about his return to Dallas). That’s missing the point. Love him or loathe him, that time is over. So, too, whether you love or loathe Barack Obama, the election is over. He deserves his chance. I would have liked to have gone at least one day without negativity on here from Robb and Obama’s Seat and the other folks who regularly toss bombs at Obama, but that ship has sailed. Oh well. At least Trey waited a minute or two to declare the administration “an appalling failure.” (I know Trey and I think he was being tongue-in-cheek. But you don’t start pricking fingers near a shark tank.)
