AA V. SW

Initially, Southwest clobbered American Airlines in the PR battle with their series of TV ads. But now American–excuse me–DFW Airport has gotten its act together (because the new DFW ads weren’t paid for by American). You can watch them here (scroll down, turn off pop-up blocker). Finally, a succint argument that tells us why we shouldn’t ditch Wright. Not that I’m buying the argument. But still.
