I can’t find any decent fried chicken livers in Dallas. Who makes good ones? I’ve had them at Bubba’s near Snider Plaza but they don’t always cook them to order. Sometimes they are just sitting in a pan under the hot lights and they are rubbery.
I checked Bubba’sand didn’t find fried livers on their menu online so either this woman has a poor memory or Bubba’s cooks them when they have them. Either way, where should she go y’all?
