Lisa Galvan, the founder and former owner of Luna de Noche, is no longer with Luna de Noche. There are lots of rumors floating about as to why she’s out of the family biz, but one fact is certain–she’s opened Agave Tex Mex in Flower Mound with former Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle, Tony Casillas and his wife Tamara. The food is standard Tex Mex and the adjacent Club 75 cocktail lounge (Casilla’s jersey number!) features disco, I mean DJ-spun tunes, on weekends until late. Flower Mound, the new Funky Town?
