Tower Legal is bringing 150 jobs to Bank of America Plaza in downtown Dallas. The company has signed a long-term lease for about 8,200 square feet of space.
Led by Managing Director James Pranks, Tower Legal provides legal staffing, managed document review, and efficiency consulting services. It’s the latest company to move to the urban core, said John Crawford, president and CEO of Downtown Dallas Inc. “In the last six months, more than 5,000 people have been added to downtown’s employee base,” he said. “Tower Legal is another great addition.”
Russell Cosby and Conor McCarthy of JLL represented the tenant in the deal. Sarah Hinkley with Peloton Commercial Real Estate represented the property owner, Metropolis Investment Holdings Inc.
Located at 901 Main Street, the 72-story Bank of America has recently undergone a $20 million renovation. The spruce-up included new front-entry valet parking, renovated elevator cabs, new plaza and lobby finishes, and new LED exterior lighting.
