The Weitzman Group promotes two of its own in this week’s Personnel Moves.
• Marc Marrocco has been promoted to senior vice president with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group. Marrocco handles general brokerage, including project representation, tenant representation, pad site representation and development, along with leasing and sales.
• Blake Shipp has been promoted to vice president with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group. Shipp specializes in retail project leasing and retail tenant representation throughout Dallas and Fort Worth, as well as site selection and ground-up development. On behalf of a Cencor joint venture, Shipp also handles the leasing of the 765,000-square-foot Golden Triangle Mall in Denton.
