LA Fitness Club has leased 45,000 square feet of retail space in the Old Town Shopping Center at 5500 Greenville Avenue in Dallas. Jon Zikos of Venture Commercial Real Estate LLC represented the tenant in lease negotiations. The Weitzman Group represented the landlord, Westwood Financial Corp.
