Sanders Thompson and Alan Harrington of Transwestern represented the tenant, an oil and gas consulting firm, in lease negotiations. Bill Brokaw, Cynthia Cowen, and Mark Dickenson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Cousins Properties.
