Walmart has purchased a 58,000 square-foot retail building at 3312 Preston Road in Plano. John Zikos, Tonya Hagwood and Chris Booras with Venture Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. Kent Stainback and Mark Parks with the Stainback Organization represented the buyer.
