One more rutabaga and Japanese sweet potato recipe coming up soon on the website. This is a casserole made with walnuts and chestnuts crumble, two pasture raised eggs, salt, pepper, lemon zest, nutmeg, a sprinkle of Parmigiano Reggiano, extra virgin olive oil, served with fresh parsley, Sriracha and more EVOO. I also had some sardines next to it. When starting a Keto diet we become so scared of carbs, and stress out about every gram of carb, but really some days we just need to carb up and reboot the system with some healthy carbs. Do you do carb cycling? 💚 PS – I found some amazing chestnuts at @traderjoes organic and at a great price (less than 4$), check my stories for a pic of the package. #plantparadox #theplantparadox #plantparadoxrecipes #plantparadoxprogram #lectinfree #lectinfreerecipes #healthyfoodie #guthealth #guthealing #antiinflammatorydiet #antiinflammatoryfood #healthyrecipes #eatrealfood #dallasfoodie #romanianfoodie #intermittentfasting #foodismedicine #glutenfreecooking #carbcycling #integrativenutrition #rootvegetables #creativeinmykitchen #healthcoach #rutabaga #swede #rutabagacasserole #chestnuts
