TXU’s very capable spokesman, Chris Schein, got back to me about 10 minutes after I put up that post — and not because of the post. He went to work on my question as soon as he got my e-mail to him, from late yesterday. When I said I hadn’t heard from the company yet, I wasn’t being fair. But dealing with these tree trimmers in our neighborhood this past week, then hearing what they’re doing wrong put me in a sour mood. Schein is doing some research, and I’m sure I’ll have more to share soon.
