Next time you’re on I-75 heading through Richardson, take a look to the east just south of Campbell Rd. You’ll see construction of the latest mixed-use development named “Eastside“. No, this isn’t Plano’s Eastside Village, which is just a few miles up the highway. This will be the future home of 435 apartments, (thanks to Post Properties) and a lot more.
What I’m interested in, is what “high-end restaurants” will live on the ground floor—think Legacy Town Center and Addison Circle. The most recent article I’ve found has apartments opening in Spring of this year, no word on what restaurants.
