APL Logistics Warehouse Management, a global third-party logistics services provider, has inked a big lease with Duke Realty Corp. The tenant signed on for 209,070 square feet in Duke’s Grand Lakes I building, at 4003 Gifford St. in Grand Prairie.
Nathan Lawrence with CBRE represented APL in the transaction; Randy Wood, vice president of leasing, was the in-house representative for Duke.
About 378,285 square feet remain available in the building. Duke has the ability to expand the facility, though, taking potential availability up to 660,792 square feet.
