ExxonMobil has tapped JLL to sell Pegasus Place, its five-building office campus at 3000 Pegasus Park Drive off the Stemmons Freeway in Dallas. The property sits on 23 acres.
Included in the package are a 17-story, 594,000-square-foot office building; a two-story, 67,000-square-foot office building; and three auxiliary facilities.
Handling the assignment for JLL are Ronnie Deyo, executive vice president; Paul Whitman, Dallas president; and Doug Carignan, senior vice president. They’re targeting both corporate users and investors seeking redevelopment opportunities.
