Advance Business Capital LLC has expanded its office lease to 20,059 square feet at 701 Canyon Drive in Coppell. Bailey Anderson and Burson Holman of CBRE Dallas represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Michael Peinado of LPC represented the landlord, Cam 601 Canyon LLC.
