Arlington-based Rhino Medical Services, a full-service national healthcare staffing company, has expanded its headquarters. The company will take the entire second floor in Arlington’s Bank of America building on October 1.
According to a statement, Rhino expanded its office by “nearly 40 percent,” becoming the largest tenant in the building.
It signed an early renewal and expansion, adding 5,256 square feet of office space to bring its total square footage in the building to 13,678 square feet.
Theron Bryant of Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors DFW represented the landlord, AOB Lamar, in the direct deal.
Joseph Brunson, CEO of Rhino Medical Services, told D CEO Healthcare in a statement: “We were searching for expansion opportunities, and Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors answered the bell in assisting us. We are thrilled to continue our longtime relationship with Coldwell and look forward to our new space.”
