Dallas Doesn’t Track Its Affordable Housing Problem. The city auditor found that city officials don’t have a running tally of total homes in order to analyze how many we truly need. Small Plane Crashes into Plano Shopping Center. The single-engine Mooney M20 took a sudden nosedive and crashed just outside the 6500 block of W. Park Blvd. around 6 p.m. on Tuesday night. The pilot, who was the only person inside the plane, was killed. There were no other injuries.
