• Jennifer Clendening and Brian Straley have joined CBRE as directors of project management for the North Texas region, which now has 23 on its professional staff. Clendening will lead project management services for investor clients and work on business development strategies to increase CBRE’s investor portfolio, while Straley will lead the shaping and delivery of project management solutions for occupier clients.

Colliers International has expanded its Dallas-Fort Worth office to include Bo Estes, who will serve as executive vice president and specialize in tenant representation and corporate services. Estes brings more than 35 years of experience to his role. Mosts recently, he was with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where he served as managing director for global corporate services. He began his career with Hank Dickerson & Co.

Colliers also added Amanda Mann as an associate, Dan LaGree as a financial analyst with the capital markets team, and Lindsay Wolcott as a senior associate in brokerage.

Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC has promoted a number of executives within its ranks. Joseph Pitchford has been named managing director. In his new role, he’ll work to expand the firm’s development opportunities. He’ll also oversee Crescent’s McKinney & Olive and 6 Houston Center projects. Since joining Crescent in 2006, Pitchford has helped oversee development of several other Crescent projects, including The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Residences. A former chairman of Uptown Dallas Inc., he currently serves on the boards of ULI Transportation, McKinney Avenue Transit Authority, and The Real Estate Council.

Crescent also promoted Mark Cox (vice president, finance), Kevin Crum (vice president, development), Jeff Dyer (vice president, investments), Chris Hanrattie (vice president, investments), Andrew Lombardi (vice president, corporate counsel), Dan Novelli (vice president construction), Montie Rouze (vice president, information technology), and Allison Whitlock (vice president, accounting) to be part of the company’s leadership team.

E Smith Realty Partners has named Christopher Schafer vice president. He brings than 14 years of commercial real estate and legal experience to his new position. Schafer will be tasked with expanding and pursuing E Smith Realty’s national accounts.

Gensler has added Jerry Fawcett, Jonathan Kelley, and Byron Chambers to its Dallas office, where they’ll use their combined 75+ years of experience to strengthen Gensler’s sports and recreation practice. The group has a presence in Los Angeles and Washington, D.C.; Gensler hopes to make Dallas its third sports-and-rec hub.

Henry S. Miller Cos. has promoted Lane Kommer to vice president of its DFW investments-land division. Kommer has worked for the company for five years, representing developers, institutions, and high-net-worth clients with the acquisition and disposition of all real estate classes, focusing on high density redevelopments, bank REO assets, multifamily, and land transactions.

HFF has hired Ben Beaird as a director in its Dallas office, where he will focus on land investment sales transactions in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Beaird will bring more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience to the role, and comes from Beaird Commercial Realty where he was responsible for acquisition of property for developers and investors, land dispositions, and business development.
