Pacific Elm Building LLC has acquired the Hart Furniture Building, a 52,750-square-foot property in downtown Dallas. The complex sits along N. Harwood Street between Elm Street and Pacific Avenue.
David Glasscock and Wade Smith of Colliers International’s Office Investment Sales group negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller, Cathay Bank.
“This property’s existing infrastructure is ideal for entertainment and office purposes, and the buyer plans to leverage both of those assets,” Glasscock said in a statement.
