By the time you have endured a few decades in the industry and witnessed the cycles, whether mirrored or completely opposite from the last, you still come to the realization investing in real estate will always be at the top of some agendas, both on institutional and private investment sides.
So why is that? One good reason due to what we recently witnessed in the volatile stock market, bond market, and currency markets, where investors were scrambling to find shelter and seek safety. Clearly, real estate affords owners a hard asset where upside can be tremendous if buy side fundamentals and diligent underwriting are in place.
In light of all of the market uncertainty, the properties being marketed in our local market are getting their due attention!
