Butterfly Restaurant has leased 5,700 square feet of retail space in Cornerstone Plaza shopping center at 2757 E. Southlake Blvd. Guy Grivas and Megan Nabholtz with The Weitzman Group handled negotiations as leasing agents for the shopping center.
