LETC Dunhill LLC has acquired Little Elm Towne Crossing, a 170,000-square-foot retail building at the northwest corner of Eldorado Parkway and Farm-to-Market 423 in Little Elm. Robert Grunnah, Darrel Hurmis, and Daniel Harris of Henry S. Miller put together the sale.
