Soleo Mexican Kitchen has leased 3,927 square feet of retail space in Hillcrest Crossing at 8611 Hillcrest Road in Dallas. Soleo Mexican Kitchen is a new concept from the family that runs El Paisa Cocina Mexicana, which operates locations serving authentic Mexican food in Dallas, Carrollton, Grapevine, Bedford and Haltom City. El Paisa was founded in Dallas in 1998.
The tenant was represented by Alberto Rocha with the commercial retail division of The Weitzman Group.
